As a store owner I understand the need to sell fabric! This is the largest inventory we have in our stores. 

I have designed this Template Of The Month program to use a blend of my latest ranges “Lollie Jar and Bonbon Jar” with the addition of fabric you have sitting on your shelves. 

This is a great way to blend slow moving stock in with current ranges, selling fabric at premium prices. 

Each customer does not need to receive the same fabric. The lollies form the base and as long as you choose (for example) “reds” that work with the lollies it will look fabulous in the end. 

Key Program Information

• Jar of Lollies is a 12 month template of the month program.
• Finished quilt measures 172.75cm / 68” square.
• Each month you will send your customers templates and printed pattern supplied by Jen Kingwell Designs.
• You will also include fabric as per requirements listed below.  Jen has designed this template of the month program with her fabric line Lollie Jar, as well as utilising fabric from your shelves. Each month you will need to send a variety of fat ⅟₁₆ths or 10” squares in each specific colour palette. The total each month will be ½ mt / ½ yd in total. E.g. 8 x fat 16ths plus the 75cm / 7/8yds of lollies. 
• Jen has supplied a photo below of fabric examples she has selected.
• Customers may choose to purchase the template program without fabric, and make this project from their stash. 

   

Fabric Ordering

• 6mts / 7 yds of Lollies, plus 3 ½ mts/yds of coloured fabric from your shelves. 
• 5mts / 5 ½  yds of Low Volume Fabric/BonBons 
• Calculate pricing on 14 ½ mts / 16 yards of fabric being sent over 12 months as per below information. 
• If not using the Lollie Jar Ranges: 
• All fabrics can be broken down into fat ⅛ths or ⅟₁₆ths  to give the equivalent amount or as specified e.g. 20” square.

Month 1

• 75cm /   7/8  yd – 18276 11 ( Red Lollie )

• ½ mt / ½ yd – Red Fabric from your shelves ( cut into fat 16ths  or 10” squares ) – Each participant gets 8 different red fabrics. 
• ½ mt / ½ yd – Yellow Fabric from your shelves ( cut into fat 16ths  or 10” squares ) – Each participant gets 8 different yellow fabrics. 

Month 2

• 75cm /   7/8  yd – 18275 11 ( Purple Lollie ) 
• ½ mt / ½ yd – Purple Fabric from your shelves ( cut into fat 16ths  or 10” squares ) – Each participant gets 8 different purple fabrics. 

Month 3

• ½ mt / ½ yd – Blue Fabric from your shelves ( cut into fat 16ths  or 10” squares ) – Each participant gets 8 different blue fabrics. 

Month 7

• ½ mt / ½ yd – Pink Fabric from your shelves ( cut into fat 16ths or 10” squares ) – Each participant gets 8 different pink fabrics. 

Month 8

• Instructions will advise participants to save and use these in Month 11. 

Month 9

• Low Volume fat ⅛ths - 4 x Pink, 3 x Purple 
• Instructions will advise participants to save and use these in Month 11. 
  

Month 10

• Low Volume fat ⅛ths - 4 x Green, 3 x Blue 
• Instructions will advise participants to save and use these in Month 11. 

Month 11

• ½ mt / 5/8 yd – 18279 11 ( Daisy Chain Yellow ) 
• ½ mt / ½ yd – 18283 11 (Great Green) 
• Instructions will advise participants to save and use these for Month 12 setting triangles.
