Shipping policy

Free shipping on Australian orders over AU$175 and International orders over AU$300

Please note that any tariffs, customs duties and/or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the purchaser. jenkingwell.com is not liable for these charges nor communications from customs. If a package is returned to us, it will only be returned to you after re-shipping costs are paid.

Shipping policy

Online orders are processed and packed Monday through Friday.

Orders placed below the minimum order requirement may be adjusted to the minimum quantity and charged accordingly at our discretion. You will be notified by email when processing any such adjustment.

We use Australia Post or other freight providers to deliver worldwide. We reserve the right to approve or decline any order and will only ship once full payment is received.

Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt. This may be longer over sale periods. If any items are on backorder, we will notify you within 10 working days. 

Club and Block of the Month program members must update their details using the 'Update My Details' form to ensure accurate processing. Failure to do so may result in delays.

For deliveries within Australia, expect a timeframe of 1 to 15 working days. International deliveries can take between 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the destination. Shipping costs are based on the weight and/or size of the parcel and may be overestimated at the time of purchase. jenkingwell.com will adjust these rates as needed during packing and processing. If there are any changes to shipping charges, you will be notified via email. 

Please note that shipping times cannot be guaranteed. Delivery times are beyond our control.

All parcels will be shipped with "Authority to Leave" unless a different arrangement is requested.
